Tendido Cero (Brompton Road, London): review

The tortilla test*: not runny, not enough potatoes, and the spring onion is too strong. A disappointment.

Other food: good food, but not exceptional. It is authentic spanish food but not that exciting.

Olive oil and bread: very good.

Location: good, specially in summer.

Decor: Simple, modern with arty bullfighters photos.

Music: Spanish beats slightly generic and/or evocative

A little bit on the noisy side.

Service: Good

Price: reasonable.

Would I come back? Probably.

* The tortilla test is simply that where available I always order the Spanish Omelette which is a potato omelette (no other vegetables apart from onions or garlic.)
